Terms of Service

•I will not begin working on your piece until I receive full payment.
Payment Plans Accepted
1/3 of payment at sketch, line work and coloring.

•Do not claim my art as your own, even if you have paid for it.

•Refunds are allowed only once a sketch is finished. No refunds can be given beyond this point.

•If commissioning NSFW work I do require proof of age.

•I have the right to use the art in my portfolio or post on other platforms.

•I send progress images regularly.

•My minimum turnaround is not a deadline. I usually work on my commissions daily/every other day. Depending on the details of your commission, it will take me longer to complete. (Ex: Complicated characters, animals I am not familiar drawing, and detailed backgrounds.)

•I usually work on my commissions at night (PST), so I will be contacting you probably between 7:30 pm - 11 pm (estimated time slot). I work a job on weekdays and my days are long. This term is applicable unless otherwise specified.

•If commission details change after payment, an additional charge may be issued depending on the newer details.

•You agree to my Terms of Service whether you are aware of them or not.
